PRACTICAL INFORMATION

A few words of advice so that your vehicle also has a good holiday:

If your vehicle uses diesel, use an additive or Alpine diesel which is protected against sub-zero temperatures,
You should plan to use winter tyres and/or snow chains or snow covers adapted and adjusted to fit your wheels,
When parking, avoid applying the handbrake, and if possible leave your car in gear and lift the wipers off the windscreen,
Always carry a small can of de-icing spray,
To be on the safe side, treat your rubber joints and your locks to protect them against freezing,
And of course, read your vehicle's technical handbook.
